Cannot Create a Samsung Account For Artik Challenge?

I have tested the process multiple times at https://account.samsung.com/account/signUp.do, and the only message I receive, after multiple submissions (and previously confirming I don't have an existing account that I can use) I receive the following error message:

Popup Dialog Box

(Title) Notification
(Body) Sorry, an error occurred while processing the page you requested.
Please try again later.

Please advise. Thanks!

  Hello Daniel,

  Do you have a Samsung phone? If so, you can create a Samsung account with it. If not, please try this link again on a different computer https://account.samsung.com/account/signUp.do
