Did not receive Artik board

As a selected participant, I did not receive any artik board.Please tell me whom to be contacted.I try to contact via emailing to artie@artik.io but no reply from them.Anyone who receive board can help.

    Did not received artik kit at yet.Do something we are in mid of December.When we are going to start work for this competition.
